Introduction
Turn on the Audible notification feature from the driver app to hear the ring every time a driver gets a notification on the driver app.
Steps: Turning on audible notifications
1. Log into the Motive Driver App and tap the hamburger icon in the top-left corner.
2. Tap on Settings.
3. Tap on Notifications.
4. Tap on Audible Notifications and select On.
5. Hit Save from the top right corner to save the changes.
