Please contact Motive support so they can generate a subscription amendment link as per your request.
Once, you have received the subscription amendment link via email, please follow the below steps to fill it out:
1. Open the link sent to you by a Motive Support representative.
2. Scroll down to answer the reason why you would like to make amendments to your subscription.
3. Tap the box stating you agree with the terms and conditions.
4. Click; Submit my Request.
5. You will get a window pop-up stating; Type 'Downgrade'.
6. Write; 'DOWNGRADE' in it to complete the form.
Note: Once your subscription amendment form is submitted, a ticket for that will automatically be generated under your company, after which a customer success manager will reach out to you under the reference ticket to further help you with your subscription amendment request.
