Introduction
In this article, you will learn how to complete the cancellation form to cancel your service by following the steps below.
Steps: Filling out the Subscription Amendment Form to Cancel Service
1. Please contact Motive support so they can generate a cancellation link.
2.Open the link sent by a Motive Support representative via email.
3. Scroll down to select the reason why you would like to cancel your subscription.
4. Answer all the questions in the form and share your experience with Motive.
5. Check the box stating you agree with the terms and conditions.
7. Click on Submit Request.
| Note: Once the Cancellation form is submitted, a ticket will automatically be generated for your company. Your customer success manager will reach out to you under this reference ticket to assist you with your cancellation request. |
