Introduction
It is not possible for the drivers to claim cycle reset. When the Fleet Admins/Managers reset a cycle for their drivers, it gets automatically applied to the driver's logs once they’ve met the conditions for a restart (which is either 34 hours consecutive off-duty or 24 hours depending on your cycle settings.) However, drivers do have the option of rejecting the restart.
Steps: Rejecting a cycle reset
1. Login to the Driver App.
2. Tap on Logs.
3. Tap on the cycle restart option.
4. Select Reject.
