Symptoms: AI Omnicam is stuck in a blinking white LED state
- My AI Omnicam’s LED light is continuously blinking white
- AI Omnicam is not recording, and it’s LED light is blinking
- AI Omnicam’s LED light is slowly blinking
Cause
- AI Omnicam’s software is not responding
Solution
- Perform the pinhole reset on your AI Omnicam.
| Note: If the LED light does not transition into a solid white LED after the pinhole reset, contact Motive Support. Ensure sharing your camera’s serial number or your vehicle ID with the Motive representative. |
