Introduction:
This article will demonstrate the new feature (Delete / Deactivate driver profile) on the iOS version of Motive's Driver App. We will be going through how to do just that.
Steps:
To deactivate your driver profile from the Motive's Driver App
- Open the Motive Driver App
- Tap the hamburger sign or the 3 stacked bars on the top left
- Tap Settings
- Tap Company Connections
- Tap Delete Account
- Acknowledge the prompt to delete the account
Note: This only deactivates the driver's account existing logs and data will still be available.
