Introduction
Motive allows Fleet Admins to view the assigned coaches from Safety Hub on the Fleet Dashboard. Follow the steps given below to view if a safety coach is assigned to the drivers or not:
Steps: Viewing Assigned Safety Coach
1. Log into Fleet Dashboard and open the Safety tab.
2. Click Coaching.
3. The Assigned Coach column displays the responsible coach for the driver.
4. If the driver has no coach assigned to them, it is mentioned in the red-highlighted text. Hover over the text to know the reason why the driver has no coach assigned to them.
There can be two possible reasons:
- Driver is not part of a Group. In addition to the Fleet Admin, any Fleet User with the Manage Drivers permission could add the driver to a group in addition to Fleet Admin.
- Driver is part of a Group; however, the Group does not have an assigned safety coach. In addition to the Fleet Admin, any Fleet User with the Manage Users permission could add a safety coach to the group of drivers.
