Cause:
When the Vehicle Gateway is unplugged and there is driving time over 30 minutes over 24-hour
period across all driver profiles, including the unidentified driver profile.
Resolution:
1. Re-secure the Vehicle Gateway cabling so that it does not become unplugged when the vehicle’s engine is on.
2. Power Compliance Malfunctions will clear on their own after 24 hours have passed since the last logged
malfunction event.
