How often does the Asset Gateway Mini check-in to provide location updates?

Answer

Asset Gateway Mini provides you with different check-in rates based on the settings. You can change the settings from Fleet Dashboard. Here are all the available options:

• Default Setting: 12 hours/check-in when Asset Gateway Mini is battery powered
• Additional Options: 8 hours/check-in, 12 hours/check-in, 24 hours/check-in, and 48 hours/check-in
• When Asset Gateway Mini is cabled to a constant power source: once a minute
• When Asset Gateway Mini is cabled to an ignition power source: once a minute
  • When the engine is off: reverts back to the battery mode setting
  • This is the behavior if you wire red and black to ignition source. If you wire green to ignition the AG Mini will send every minute regardless of ignition state.
