Introduction:
A Fleet Manager or Fleet Admin can edit the driver’s logs as well as the log form at any time. Fleet admin or managers can update the shipping details for the driver.
Resolution:
- Log into the Admin dashboard on the website ( www.gomotive.com)
- Select compliance and click on Log beside Overview
- Select the desired Log
- Click Edit Log on the top right corner
- Click Log Form
Cause:
As drivers cannot edit the logs older than 14 days.
