Introduction
The Motive Driver App allows drivers to record their logs. If a driver forgets to add a note or makes a mistake, they can edit logs.
Steps: Edit Logs
- Log into the Driver App
- Click Logs.
- Select the day you want to edit.
- Select the log graph you want to edit or select a duty status list below the graph
- Click Edit
- Insert a note
- Click Save
Note: The recent update allows Fleet Managers to add Remarks, 16-Hour Exceptions, and Adverse Driving Exceptions to unsigned driver logs, in compliance with FMCSA regulations. While the Edit button is now available for unsigned logs, editing or inserting duty status entries and viewing the log form remain restricted. This ensures logs can be updated efficiently without waiting for Driver signatures, improving workflow management. |
