It is essential for the Fleet Admins to know if their Asset Gateway has a latest firmware version. Asset Gateways with updated firmware provide the benefits of the new features and have older features work more efficiently.
Steps to view the Asset Gateway Firmware Version
- On the Fleet Dashboard, go to Reports
- Click on Asset Gateways detail
- Click on Firmware Version to find out which of the gateways has an outdated firmware
