Introduction
Fleet Managers can apply trip filters based on distance and duration within the Trips Fleet View section of their Fleet Dashboard. This feature enables them to prioritize and access the most critical data promptly.
Steps: Filtering Trips by duration and distance
1. Log in to Fleet Dashboard and select the Trips tab from Fleet View.
2. To filter trips based on the distance traveled, select one of the following options from the Trip Distance dropdown:
- 0-1 mile
- 2-10 miles
- 10-50 miles
- 50-100 miles
- 100+ miles
Note: The following are displayed in kilometers (KM) as per the user’s Fleet Dashboard settings. |
3. To filter trips based on their duration, choose from the following options within the Trip Duration dropdown:
- 0-5 minutes
- 5-10 minutes
- 20-30 minutes
- 30-60 minutes
- 1+ hour
4. Fleet Admins can also sort trips based on specific filters. Search for a driver and use the filters such as Start time, Trip distance, and Trip duration to update the list accordingly.
