No, Motive does not reset passwords for customers themselves according to the recent updates in our security policy.
Support will not reset a user password anymore. The user must request and use the forgot password link from the dashboard or the Mobile app. This is to improve the security and privacy of our users. They should have full control over their passwords and accounts.
This also applies to Accounts with only a username associated instead of an email. Such users can ask their Fleet Admin/Manager to reset the password for their account.
