Introduction
Follow the steps in this article to download the Drivers Detail Report for Activated and Deactivated Drivers.
Steps: downloading Activated/Deactivated Drivers Detail Report (CSV)
1. Log in to the Fleet Dashboard and click Reports in the left-hand side menu.
2. Click Drivers in the Browse section.
3. Scroll to click the Drivers Detail report.
4. Set the Drivers filter to Active Drivers, Pending Drivers, or Deactivated Drivers.
5. Click the 3 dots at the top right corner and select Export as CSV or PDF.
The Preparing your Report notification banner displays.
6. Motive sends an email to notify you that the report is ready to download, with the link to download the report.
7. Check your Downloads folder for the Drivers Detail report.
