    Check if the following pre-requisites are fulfilled: 

    • Add valid license state and license number under driver profile and vehicle profile
    • Check for any pending unidentified trips on vehicle profile
    • Add valid VIN number under vehicle profile
    • Driver must add official comment under output files
    • Driver app should be on the latest version
