Answer:
There is no FMCSA mandate for an ELD sticker decal. It is quite customary for ELD providers to furnish stickers to customers for every truck in which they have installed an ELD system. While the availability of stickers for ELDs and their inclusion by providers may lead some drivers to believe they are obligatory, it is important to note that there is presently no requirement to exhibit ELD-compliance stickers or indicate externally that a truck is utilizing an ELD.
