Introduction
For any fleet admins/managers looking to download and export vehicle gateway details such as vehicle gateway status, firmware version and groups.
Navigate to the fleet admin dashboard and click on reports.
Click Vehicles under browse.
Select Vehicle Gateway Details.
The Total Number Of Vehicle Gateways and Assigned will shop up at the top and you can filter accordingly.
After the report loads, click on the 3 dots in the top right hand corner next to save and export as CSV.
You will receive a banner notification showing your report is being prepared and to check your email for a link to the report.
You will receive an email from Motive notifying you the report is ready for download and to click on the link to download the report.
Please check your download folder for the vehicle's details report.
