Does the Motive App exclude the previous shift's 2nd qualifying period from the current shift even if it doesn’t qualify for a split sleeper?

    Answer

    • Shift resets immediately after completing the split sleeper provision.
    • The first qualifying period is excluded from the next 14-hour shift window.
    • If the second qualifying period does not form a split sleeper pair in the next 14-hour shift window, it is included in the next shift.
    Note: We have made some updates in the v75 app version related to the most commonly reported issues with the split sleeper feature. Please reach out to Motive Support to enable them.
