Answer:
- This happens when there are no asset profiles created in the company. Or when a specific asset is not added.
- Please create asset profiles just like vehicle profiles are added in the Fleet Admin Dashboard.
- Advise the drivers to select the asset from the drop down menu while creating asset inspection.
- Once done, alerts with defects will be received for asset inspections as well.
