Why am I not Receiving DVIR with Defect Alert Emails for my Asset Inspections?

    Answer:

    • This happens when there are no asset profiles created in the company. Or when a specific asset is not added.
    • Please create asset profiles just like vehicle profiles are added in the Fleet Admin Dashboard.
    • Advise the drivers to select the asset from the drop down menu while creating asset inspection.
    • Once done, alerts with defects will be received for asset inspections as well.
