Introduction
Fleet Admins can now bulk allocate vehicle inspection forms to any vehicle or group of vehicles in the Fleet. These forms are created under Inspection Forms on the Admin section of the Motive Dashboard.
Steps: Bulk allocating/changing inspection forms for vehicles
1. Log in to the Fleet Dashboard and click the Admin icon in the left-hand side menu.
2. In the Organization dropdown, select Vehicles from the list.
3. Select the checkboxes on the left side of the Vehicles you want to make changes for.
4. Click Edit.
5. Scroll down and click the General: Inspection form.
6. Locate the dropdown menu and choose the required Inspection form.
7. Click Save.
