Introduction
Motive has introduced a new feature that allows Fleetsto bulk enable idling event recording for vehicles.
Steps: Bulk enabling idling event recording for vehicles
- Bulk enable idling event recording
- Bulk change setting to record vehicles idle for longer than x minutes
Bulk enable idling event recording
1. Log in to the Fleet Dashboard and click the Admin icon in the left-hand side menu.
2. Click the Organization dropdown and select Vehicles from the list.
3. Click the checkboxes on the left side of the Vehicles you want to make changes for.
4. Click Edit.
5. Under Available Settings, select Long Idling: Record event.
6. Locate the dropdown menu. Select Yes for enabling or No for disabling.
7. Click Save.
Bulk change setting to record vehicles idle for longer than x minutes
1. Follow steps from 1 to 4 from the above section.
5. Scroll down and click Long Idling: Record event.
6. Locate the dropdown menu and choose Yes or No.
7. Enter minutes as Idling duration
8. Click Save, once done..
