How to track orders on Motive Shop

    Audience Fleet Managers, Fleet Admins

    The Motive Shop enables the Fleets to re-purchase Motive’s products that they already have. Once the order is placed, follow the steps mentioned below to track the order. 

    Note: Only the SMB and commercial Fleets are eligible to access the Motive Shop. 


    Steps: Tracking an order on Motive Shop 

    1. Follow the steps mentioned in this article to place an order. 

    2. Once placed, log in to the Fleet Dashboard and click the Admin icon at the bottom left corner.

    3. Click the Organization dropdown on the left-hand side. 

    4. Click Billing from the list. 

    5. Click the Orders tab. 

    6. Locate your order number from the Orders list and click Track to get an update on your order.
