How to enable and disable transaction requirements for selected cards on the Fleet Dashboard

    Introduction

    Fleet Managers can now enable or disable transaction requirements for specific cards within their Fleet. This allows control over transaction metadata capture, ensuring that only relevant cardholders must provide necessary details like vehicle ID, odometer, and custom input before a transaction. This feature can also be used to disable reminders for receipts for certain cards. 

    Note: Before disabling transaction requirements for certain cards, the transaction requirements must be enabled for the entire Fleet. Refer to the articles below for enabling transaction requirements for the entire Fleet. 

     

    Steps: Enabling and disabling transaction requirements for selected cards on the Fleet Dashboard

     

    Disabling transaction requirements for selected cards

    1. Log in to the Fleet Dashboard and click the Admin icon at the bottom left corner.

    2. Click Cards from the Products dropdown in the left-hand side menu.

    3. In the Card Management tab, find the card(s) you would like to disable transaction requirements for and click the three dots. 

    4. Select the Edit Transaction Requirements option for that card.

    4. Select the dropdown and click Disabled.

    5. Click Save, once done.

    Enabling previously disabled transaction requirements for selected cards

    1. Follow steps 1 and 3 from the above section.

    2. Select the dropdown and click Enabled.

    3. Click Save.

    4. A toast message and notification appear on the page with a success message upon completion.

    Viewing overrides 

    1. Follow steps 1 and 3 from the above section.

    2. In the Settings tab, a yellow banner message displays the count of cards for which transaction requirements have been disabled. 

    3. Click View cards to see the details of the cards for whom the transaction requirements have been disabled.

    3. A new window appears. Now, you can view the overridden cards.
