Why my Motive Card invoice is more than my spent in the cycle?

    Answer

    The invoice for the motive card is based on the transactions posted during your billing cycle. Any transaction not posted in the previous billing cycle is invoiced in the next billing cycle.

    Please take note of the following information:

    • For instance, in the last billing cycle, which ran from Jan 01, 2024, to Jan 07, 2024, a transaction was made on Jan 05, 2024. However, it was not posted until Jan 10, 2024. In this case, the transaction is included in the billing cycle from Jan 08, 2024, to Jan 14, 2024.
    • In some cases, there might be multiple transactions that occurred in the previous billing cycle but are not posted until the next billing cycle. These transactions are charged along with the total spend posted in the next billing cycle.
