How to access and filter Audit Log on Fleet Dashboard

    Introduction

    The Audit Log feature helps Fleet Admins keep track of activities performed by all Fleet Users who are accessing their Motive Dashboard account. This is helpful, especially for larger enterprises with more users accessing the Motive platform and making changes without Feet Admins being aware.

     

    Steps: Accessing the Audit Logs feature

    1. Log in to Dashboard and click the Admin icon in the bottom left corner.

    2. Expand the Platform section and select the Audit Log feature.

    3. On the Audit Logs screen, select the Fleet User you want to view the details for.

    4. You can also select the Areas (Drivers, Assets, Company, Groups, Fleet Users, etc).

    5. Once done, you can view the Audit Logs details for the selected Fleet User and the area.

    6. Click on a specific action in a row to open more details about this action of interest to investigate further.
