- When a Motive card is reassigned to a new Driver or vehicle, Motive disables all online and card-on-file transactions against the card.
- This is done to ensure customers are protected against potential fraud from previous cardholders who have access to sensitive information about the card like Card Number, CVV, and expiry month.
