What are the Motive Card statuses in which unassign or reassignment actions are allowed?

    • An active, frozen, or locked card can be unassigned and reassigned. However, please note that a card having previous assignments has additional security enabled i.e., online purchases and card-on-file transactions get automatically declined. Customers may choose to enable this setting again by reaching out to Motive support team
