    Introduction 

    The Driver Summary page on the Fleet Dashboard provides a comprehensive view of a Driver's performance, activity, and key details. It integrates seamlessly into Motive’s suite of products to help Fleet Managers effectively monitor and manage their Drivers.

     

    How the Driver Summary Page Helps You

    • Offers a consolidated view of Driver information and performance related to Hours of Service, Compliance, Safety Score, and other metrics.
    • Displays recent activity and pending actions for proactive management.

    The following are key components of the Driver profile:

    1. Profile Picture: Taken from Face Match. If Face Match is not enabled, initials are shown.
    Note: Face Match can be edited using these steps. Uploading a picture is not possible.
    1. Driver Details: Editable by Fleet Managers via the Edit button on the Driver Summary page.
    Note: Tenure is a new field for Driver accounts that is calculated using the Start Date field. If the start date is empty, the Tenure box in the Driver Profile is empty.
    1. Hours of Service: Provides a 30-day snapshot of Driver's Hours of Service, with a link to the hub-specific page to dive deeper.
    2. Compliance: This shows a 30-day snapshot of Driver's logs, with links to the hub-specific pages to dive deeper. 
    3. Safety Score: Provides a 30-day snapshot of the Driver’s Safety Score, with a link to the hub-specific page to dive deeper.
    Note: Performance information for Hours of Service, Compliance, Motive Card, Fuel Performance and Safety Score are visible based on data access. Non-participating Drivers and companies are not shown information for products or tracking methods they do not use. 
    1. Contact Information: Taken from the Driver account and editable by Fleet Managers.
    2. Action Center: Displays pending action items for the Driver across the platform.
    3. Motive Card: Provides a 30-day snapshot of the Driver's spending summary, with a link to the hub-specific page to dive deeper.

    4. Fuel Performance: Provides insights into Drive time, idling with PTO, and idling without PTO over the last 30 days.

     

    Main Navigation

    1. Log in to the Motive Fleet Dashboard.

    2. In the Fleet View, click Drivers.

    3. In the Summary section, you can view the Driver Summary.
