Introduction
Fleet Admins can create new roles or edit existing ones to grant permission for Fleet Managers to view and edit qualification documents in the Fleet Dashboard. They can also manage Qualification Documents templates.
Steps: Enabling access to view/manage Qualification Documents in the Fleet Dashboard
1. Log in to the Fleet Dashboard and click Admin in the left-hand side menu.
2. Click Fleet Users.
3. Click Roles & Permissions.
4. Click Create Role.
5. Click the three dots.
6. A dropdown appears, click Edit roles & groups to edit an existing role.
6. In the Workforce section:
- Check Manage Qualifications to allow access to qualification files.
- Check Manage Qualification Templates to allow the creation or editing of qualification templates.
7. Click Create to finish.
8. In the Users tab, select Options under the fleet user account, and click Edit Roles & Groups.
9. Select the role you want to apply to this fleet user.
10. Click Save to finish.
Note: You can also edit existing roles to check Manage Qualifications and/or Manage Qualification Templates to enable access to create or edit Qualification templates. |
