    How to upload a vehicle document to the Fleet Dashboard

    Introduction

    Fleets can upload their vehicle documents in the Documents sections of the Motive Fleet Dashboard. Drivers can view these documents from the Driver App when connected to a specific vehicle.

     

    Steps: Uploading a vehicle document to the Fleet Dashboard

    1. Log in to the Motive Fleet Dashboard and click Documents.

    2. Click Add Document and select Vehicle document.

    3. Select the desired template from all the given options.

    4. Enter the correct details of the document, attach the document, and click Save.

    5. Once added, verify the details of the saved document.
