    How to view the vehicle documents in the Motive Driver App

    Introduction

    In the Motive Driver App, Drivers can view the vehicle qualification documents added by Fleet Admins and Fleet Managers. 

    Note: Drivers can’t edit vehicle qualification documents, only Fleet Admins and Fleet Managers can edit these documents from the Fleet Dashboard. This feature is available on Motive Driver App version 74.0 and above.

     

    Steps: Viewing vehicle documents in the Motive Driver App 

    1. Log in to the Motive Driver App and connect to a vehicle.

    2. Tap Documents..

    3. Tap Vehicle.

    4. Tap any vehicle document.

    5. View all the details for that document. If changes are required in the documents, Drivers can send a message to their fleets by tapping Start a message to share updates.

    6. Tap the attachment to view the document's actual image or PDF.
