    Introduction

Motive offers robust security settings for the Motive Cards, enhancing protection against unauthorized usage and fraud. These settings provide Fleet Managers with control and flexibility, ensuring transactions are secure and aligned with Fleet operations. The two primary security settings available are:

    1. Mobile-Based Card Unlock

Mobile-Based Card Unlock is a feature that requires cardholders to unlock their Motive Card via the Motive Driver App or by sending an SMS before they can use it.

    • Once enabled, the card remains locked until the cardholder unlocks it using the Motive Driver App or SMS.
    • If the card is not unlocked prior to a transaction, the transaction is declined.
