Actions allowed on Unsigned Logs
When a log is unsigned, the following actions are allowed:
- Adding a 16-Hour Exception
- Adding an Adverse Driving Exception
- Adding Remarks to the log
Actions restricted on Unsigned Logs
The following actions remain restricted when the log is not signed:
- Inserting Duty Status entries
- Editing existing Duty Status entries
- Viewing Log Form
Adding remarks or exceptions to Unsigned Logs
- Navigate to the Driver Logs section within the Fleet Dashboard.
- Select the log with an unsigned status.
- Click the Edit button to add remarks or exceptions. The Edit option is available whether the log is signed or not.
- Add the appropriate exception (such as a 16-Hour Exception or Adverse Driving Exception) or enter a remark.
- Save the changes.
