Introduction
Motive Fleet App allows you to check the device history of Vehicle Gateway. You can view assignment, unassignment, and device status details on the Vehicle Gateway details page.
Steps: Checking the device history of Vehicle Gateway on the Fleet App
- Log in to the Fleet App and tap Devices.
- Tap the arrow next to the Vehicle Gateway.
- Search the Vehicle Gateway serial number.
- Tap the arrow next to the selected Vehicle Gateway.
5. The details about the selected Vehicle Gateway appear on the screen. Scroll to the Device History section and tap the arrow next to it to view the device’s history.
- The details regarding the device’s history appear on the screen.
