How to view Directory Sync Status on a Profile

    Introduction

    Motive’s Directory Sync feature allows Fleets to manage users via Identity Providers such as Okta and Azure. Directory Sync automatically updates Motive with any new users or changes to existing users (both Drivers and Fleet users).

    Note: To set up Directory Sync for your fleet with any of the listed identity providers, reach out to us at ssosupport@gomotive.com or contact your designated Customer Success Manager.

     

    Steps: Viewing Directory Sync Status on a Profile

     

    Verifying for Drivers

    1. Log into the Motive Fleet Dashboard, and click Admin icon in the left-hand side menu.

    2. Click Drivers from the Organization dropdown.

    3. For a specific driver, click the 3-dot menu and select Edit Account.

    4. On the driver’s admin profile, a banner will appear at the top reflecting the Directory Sync status.

    1. 2. Click Fleet Users from the Organization dropdown.

    2. For a specific fleet user, click the 3-dot menu and select Edit Account.
