Introduction
This feature provides transparency to Fleet Managers about missing location data. When the location data is unavailable, the map shows dotted lines instead of straight lines to indicate an uncertain route.
What’s New?
- The dotted line on the map: The dotted lines on the map represent instances where vehicle history is missing.
- Tooltip: If Fleet Managers hover their mouse over dotted lines, they are notified that data is unavailable for that segment of the trip.
How does this help our customers?
The feature enhances the transparency of location data for Fleet Managers. In instances where location data is unavailable, the map display shifts from the standard straight lines to dotted lines. This indicates that the depicted route is uncertain and that there are gaps in the location data for that specific timeframe.
