Introduction
The Transaction Soft Decline feature enables the Drivers to review the transaction details within the Driver App and accept or reject the transaction.
What’s New?
- Enhanced security: This solution enhances Driver trust and security by allowing them to quickly review and verify the transactions.
- Immediate action: Drivers can take immediate action after reviewing the transaction. This reduces false fraud flags, card freezes, and improves the user experience.
How does this help our customers?
This feature helps the Drivers to immediately take action for the performed transaction within the Driver App. Also, in case Drivers are not able to access the Driver App, this feature supports verification via SMS and email for Drivers.
Rollout Plan or Feature Go-Live date?
This feature is available on the latest version of the Driver App (version 87.2), downloadable from the App Store and Google Play.
