Motive's enhanced coaching platform boosts Driver engagement and strengthens your fleet's safety culture. This update streamlines the coaching process by ensuring Drivers receive timely feedback on their performance.
 

What’s New?

We've introduced a new company-wide setting in the Coaching section of the Fleet Dashboard Admin settings. 

• When you enable Automatically share coaching summary with drivers, Motive will automatically send the coaching summary to the Drivers via the Motive Driver App after a coaching session is completed. This means the safety coach does not need to send it manually.
• If this setting is disabled, the current functionality remains, allowing coaches to choose whether or not to message the Driver after completing a coaching session.
