Introduction
This release introduces AI-Powered Driver’s License Capture, a smarter way to upload and manage driver license documents in the Motive Driver App and Fleet Dashboard. This feature streamlines onboarding and compliance while reducing manual work for drivers and fleet managers.
What’s New?
- Drivers can now use a guided camera experience in the Motive Driver App to capture clear images of their license. AI will automatically extract key data fields like expiration dates, license numbers, and issuing states are automatically extracted.
- Fleet managers see the documents in a Pending Review state in the Fleet Dashboard, where they can review, approve, or reject submissions to ensure accuracy. This is optional for fleets that want to require a fleet user review and approval of AI-processed documents uploaded by drivers.
