Introduction
Managing driver qualification files is a critical and complex task for fleet managers, especially for large fleets with thousands of drivers and documents. Motive’s new Driver Qualification Status feature addresses this challenge by providing real-time visibility into missing or expired driver documents, reducing compliance risk, and automating the qualification tracking process. Built into the Workforce Management suite, this enhancement helps ensure only qualified drivers are on the road while streamlining audits and back-office workflows.
What’s New?
Fleets can now monitor the qualification status of their drivers in real time. With this update, fleet administrators can:
- Review and manage each driver’s qualification status to ensure safety, stay compliant, and reduce risk.
- Automatically identify expired/expiring qualification documents or documents that need review with nightly compliance checks to prevent issues before they arise.
- Easily generate and export complete Driver Qualification files (DQF) for one or all drivers, as needed, for audit or internal compliance reviews.
| Note: This is the initial release of our Driver Qualification Status feature. Future enhancements, including full-service compliance file audits conducted by experts, are planned for upcoming phases. |
