Introduction
The Bulk Import and Edit Vehicles with Spreadsheets feature is an improved experience that allows you to manage the vehicles in your fleet. This new feature improves the bulk creation and editing of vehicles by allowing you to use a spreadsheet template to make changes and additions, significantly streamlining the experience for companies with a large number of vehicles.

- New Excel (.xlsx) templates have improved data validations and formatting making it easier than ever to create or edit vehicles in bulk.
- Download a spreadsheet template from the Motive Dashboard, add details of the vehicles you want to add or edit, then re-upload the spreadsheet and the changes will be reflected in Motive.
