Introduction
Fleets receive multiple diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs), but only a few require immediate action, leading to missed timely response on urgent fault codes. The Crticial Fault Code alerts display severity badges to help fleets identify fault codes as per their urgency levels (critical, high and low), codes that aren’t classified are labeled as unclassified.
What’s New?
- Severity tiers: Faults are classified as critical, high, and low so teams immediately understand urgency and risk level. The codes that are not a part of classification are labeled as unclassified.
- Clarity: Easy-to-understand titles replace complex titles, making the fault meaning and priorityeasier to understand.
- Multi-channel alerts: Severity-based notifications are delivered via email, SMS, WhatsApp, Fleet App, and Fleet Dashboard so fleets can act promptly.
How does this help our customers?
- Reduces risk miles: Critical faults are flagged immediately so vehicles don’t keep driving for hundreds of miles with serious issues.
- Reduces alert noise: Severity-based filtering replaces the ‘all faults equal’ model, so fleets only get notified for the levels they care about.
- Speeds triage: Severity badges and plain-language titles let fleets view which faults to handle first.
