Driver Rewards: Notification Improvements

Introduction

Driver Rewards notification improvements allow fleet managers to configure challenge notifications and snapshots for both drivers and fleet users. This update gives fleet managers direct control over challenge communications while making challenge updates clearer and more actionable for drivers.

What’s New?

  • Challenge notifications for drivers and fleet users: While creating or editing a challenge, fleet managers can set up notifications to let selected drivers and fleet users know when a challenge starts and ends. 
  • Challenge snapshots: Enable Also send a recurring snapshot to share a weekly snapshot of challenge details like the top-ranked drivers and challenge leaderboard with fleet users and drivers.
  • Delivery methods: Configure delivery channels for challenge notifications from the given options of email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Notification Center on the Fleet Dashboard and Driver App. 
  • Notification frequency: Set the frequency for challenge notifications as daily, weekly, or monthly. 
  • Improved access to challenge details: Notifications connect drivers to the relevant Rewards screens, making it easier to check progress, rankings, and challenge outcomes.
