Enable RyderConnect Fleet Sync integration

Introduction

RyderConnect Fleet Sync securely syncs your Motive fleet data including vehicle telematics, fault codes, inspection reports with Ryder for leased and maintained Vehicles.

Two-way defect-level resolution retrieves inspection defects from Motive, repairs them, and writes each resolved defect back to Motive individually. The result: maximized uptime and simplified fleet management.

This integration is powered by API Keys.

Note: Click the Install button on the Motive standalone marketplace.

Log in to the Motive Fleet Dashboard and click Marketplace.
Search RyderConnect Fleet Sync in the search bar.
Locate RyderConnect Fleet Sync and click Learn More.
Click Install.
Once you’ve clicked Install, a case is made for our API Support team to confirm the consent to create the API key.
