Introduction
Fleet Pass provides access to eligible fleets without a Motive Card for Motive fuel discounts without requiring full card onboarding. Fleet admins can link an existing payment card, choose which drivers can use Fleet Pass, and set spending limits using Fleet Dashboard.

- Connected experience: Fleet admins can manage payment setup, driver access, and spend limits within Motive instead of using a separate discount workflow.

- Flexible path forward: Customers can start with Fleet Pass and apply for Motive Card later if they need broader card capabilities.

Fleet Pass gives eligible fleets a simple way to access fuel discounts while keeping the option to switch to Motive Card when they need broader card features. This lets fleets start with the option that fits their current needs while managing fuel spending in Motive.
