Introduction
The Fuel Hub allows Fleet Managers to save money on fuel and operate more efficiently. The Fuel Hub collects Fuel Purchases from the Motive Driver App allowing managers to review how fuel is being purchased and consumed.
Note: Any updates you make to the Fuel Purchase will also update the fuel receipt in the Motive Driver App. If you remove the Fuel Purchase, it will also remove the fuel receipt in the Motive Driver App.

How to Manage Fuel Purchases
1. Log into the Motive Fleet Dashboard and click on Fuel in the left-hand side menu. The Overview tab displays by default.
2. Click on the Fuel Purchases tab to view a list of Fuel Purchases across your fleet.
3. Select a Fuel Purchase from the list. Click on the Edit Purchase button to verify the Fuel Purchase information side-by-side with the fuel receipt photo.
4. Make any necessary adjustments, including rotating the photo, zooming into the photo, and moving it around to better audit the information and click on Save.
Note: Fields with asterisks * next to them are compulsory to fill.
How to Locate Bulk and Failed Purchases (CSV)
1. Log into the Motive Fleet Dashboard and click on Fuel in the left-hand side menu. The Overview tab displays by default.
2. Click on the Fuel Purchases tab to view a list of Fuel Purchases across your fleet.
3. Click on the Menu icon in the top right-hand corner and select Import History.
4. Locate bulk or failed Fuel Purchases. Click on Download CSV with Errors to view bulk errors.
