Introduction
When a Driver joins your company, they may still be added as a Driver with their previous company on the Motive Driver App and Motive Fleet Dashboard. This article explains how to add this Driver to your fleet.
Steps: Adding a Driver who exists with another company
In order to add a Driver who already exists with another company, you must do one of the following:
Option 1: The previous Fleet will have to deactivate the Driver so that the Driver can then join your fleet. This way the Driver can maintain their old logs.
Option 2: Or, if you are unable to remove the existing company ID, you can create a new account for the Driver.
