Introduction
When a driver joins your company, they may still be added as a driver with their previous company on the Motive Driver App and Motive Fleet Dashboard. This article explains how to add this driver to your fleet.
Steps: Adding a driver who exists with another company
In order to add a driver who already exists with another company, you must do one of the following:
Option 1: The previous Fleet will have to deactivate the driver so that the driver can then join your fleet. This way the driver can maintain their old logs.
Option 2: Or, if you are unable to remove the existing company ID, you can create a new account for the driver.
