Introduction
Fleet admins can configure Company and Vehicle settings to record Long Idling Alerts.
Steps: Configuring Company and Vehicle settings to record Long Idling Alerts
Configure Company settings
1. Log into Fleet Dashboard and click on the Admin icon in the left-hand side menu.
2. Click on Company.
3. The company settings page will display, click on Edit Company Information.
4. Under the Long Idling Settings section, check the box for setting up the idling time for the vehicle and set up the custom threshold duration.
5. Click on Create an Alert.
Note: If the vehicles have overridden the company threshold duration, the total number of vehicles will appear in the Long Idling Settings section.
6. Click on the number of vehicles.
Note: The list of all vehicles for which the settings have overridden the company threshold duration will display. You can click on Edit for the vehicle you want to edit the Long Idling Alerts settings.
You can also click on Clear All to remove the overrides for all the vehicles, or click on Close to close the list.
7. Click on Save to save changes.
Configure Vehicle settings
1. Log into Fleet Dashboard and click on Admin icon in the left-hand side menu.
2. Click on Vehicles.
3. Click on Edit Vehicle from the Options dropdown menu.
4. In the Long Idling Settings section, check the box.
5. Click on Create an Alert.
6. Click on Save to save the changes.
